The Immanuel Lutheran Church, 960 U.S. Rt. 52 in Amboy, is celebrating its 140th anniversary this year and will be starting the celebration with a chili supper on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010, from 4 to 7 p.m. The cost is $5 for adults, $3 for children, children under 5 years old are free. They are inviting the community to help them celebrate.
