Sensenig recognized for her work in long-term healthcare

AMBOY – Mary Sensenig, a lifelong resident of Amboy, was honored on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, by her employer, Amboy Healthcare and Rehabilitation. She was presented with a Certificate of Recognition for “Heroes in Long Term Care” from the Illinois Health Care Association.

The submission application from Amboy Healthcare & Rehab described Mary Sensenig, a certified nursing assistant, as always having a positive attitude and a smile on her face during her 37 years of service to the facility.

Mary stated, “How many people are fortunate enough to get out of bed everyday and go do a job that they love and be a blessing to someone else?”
