Braida Golf Open set for July 14

PRINCETON - The third annual Jay Braida Memorial Golf Open will be held on Saturday, July 14, at Hunter's Ridge Golf Course, 12927 IL Highway 26, Princeton.

This year's recipient will be Mrs. Jamie Pennington, who has a very rare condition called Gastroparesis. Gastroparesis is an incurable disease, which causes the stomach to become paralyzed and unable to process food. Unable to eat solid food, she has a port in her chest for her special IV fluid feeding. The golf event will raise money to assist her and her family.
