Vellinga, Faivre get engaged

Dennis Faivre and Whitney Vellinga

Whitney Vellinga of New Berlin, Wis., and Dennis Faivre of Amboy announce their engagement.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Timothy and Jennifer Vellinga of New Berlin, Wis.

Her fiancé is the son of Robert and Bonny Faivre of Amboy.

The bride-elect is a graduate of New Berlin High School and Bradley University with a masters degree in speech language pathology.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Amboy High School and Bradley University with a bachelor’s degree in construction management.

The couple is planning a Sept. 22, 2012, wedding in Milwaukee.
